Shipping policy

Shipping lead-times will take affect when your piece(s) leave our studio.

Please allow up to 2 business days prior to shipping (3-5 business days for custom orders). Should any delays arise with your order, we will contact you immediately. Please note that any changes made to an existing order may take additional time to be processed.

Once an order has been fulfilled we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Should you not receive shipping confirmation within 2 business days of your online transaction, please contact us.
